Generator Group is proud to sponsor Suffolk Remembers on Monday 21 June.

Organised by St Elizabeth Hospice, Suffolk Remembers is an opportunity to celebrate the lives of loved ones no longer with us and is open to everyone.

Over 5,000 candles will be lit on Felixstowe Seafront between 9pm and 10pm with musical performances from Ipswich singer, Roma Manteiga-Nicholson, and well-known soprano Christina Johnston from Framlingham starting from 8.30pm. There will also be an opportunity for the public to see the first statue for St Elizabeth Hospice’s 2022 fundraising art trail the Big Hoot Ipswich.

To dedicate a candle to a loved one, visit the dedicated Suffolk Remembers webpage. Simply follow the ‘Dedicate Now’ link to complete your details and select how many candles you would like to dedicate. There is a suggested minimum donation of £5 per candle.

Each year St Elizabeth Hospice has to generate £12.9m to help improve the lives of those they support, and they can’t do it without donations from the community.

Commenting, Ellie Miners, Sales & Marketing Manager at Generator Group, said: “We are proud to sponsor such a wonderful cause. St Elizabeth Hospice provides care for thousands of people across the community. They rely on donations not only to ensure patients have the best quality of life before they pass on, but also to support families through their grieving. Everyone is welcome, so come down to the seafront and light a candle for your loved ones.”
