Generator Group’s Assisted Move Scheme
- Generator Group offers Assisted Move on selected developments and properties only.
- The Assisted Move Scheme is limited to a period of 4 weeks, during which time the new Generator property you have chosen is reserved for you after the payment of a reservation fee. At the end of this 4 week period if you do not have a complete chain Generator Group reserves the right to cancel your reservation and review the asking price of your chosen property.
£10,000 Apartments Incentive
- The £10,000 incentive is applicable to Plots 77 and 78 at Laureate Fields only.
- Reservation must be made before 31st May 2023.
- Incentive up to the value of £10,000 will be deducted from the house purchase completion statement.
- Mortgage contribution can only ever be a maximum 5% of the asking price of the home.
