Help to Buy
Exclusively for First Time buyers, you can buy a home at Laureate Fields worth up to £407,400 with a 5% deposit.
The government will provide an equity loan, interest free for the first five years, of up to 20% of the property value, meaning you only need a mortgage for 75% of the value. The loan can be repaid at any time during the loan term or on the sale of your home.
