Assisted Move Scheme
Our Assisted Move scheme allows you to reserve a new home at Laureate Fields whilst you sell your existing property.
Need to sell your home before reserving with us? Speak to a member of our sales team about taking your new Laureate Fields property off the market for an agreed period of time whilst you sell your existing home, we can even recommend a local agent to help you get started.
One of our Sales Representatives will keep in contact with you whilst you find a buyer and when you’re ready we can progress to a full reservation.
