Generator Group’s Assisted Move Scheme

• Generator Group offers Assisted Move on selected developments and properties only.
• The Assisted Move Scheme is limited to a period of 4 weeks, during which time the new Generator property you have chosen is reserved for you after the payment of a reservation fee. At the end of this 4 week period if you do not have a complete chain Generator Group reserves the right to cancel your reservation and review the asking price of your chosen property.

£10,000 Apartments Incentive

• The £10,000 incentive is applicable to Plots 77 and 78 at Laureate Fields only.
• Reservation must be made before 31st May 2023.
• Incentive up to the value of £10,000 will be deducted from the house purchase completion statement.
• Mortgage contribution can only ever be a maximum 5% of the asking price of the home.
• Cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offers or selling schemes.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Please speak to a member of our sales team if you have any questions regarding this offer.
